Refunds & cancellations

We adhere to fair consumer practices in Canada. The following refund policy applies to courses sold by Accessmoment:

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Partial refunds may be available for cancellations before course start — service fees may apply.
  • *** refund for on-demand courses after access exceeds 10% or after completion.
